With a view to moving into our 10th year of trading, Optimum has added extra services to enable us to fulfill our clients’ needs.  Our Decorating & Maintenance Department has now been established for 18 months and currently turns over £1.5 million and has expanded our client base considerably.  Under the decorating umbrella we have a maintenance team which can provide carpentry and general fit out works.

We also provide a Metsec and Insulated Render service that has enabled Optimum to provide a full package externally and internally.  We are now licensed Metsec installers along with various Render applications – Alcecco, Sto, Marmerit, Webber and K Rend. 

We are also Lafarge, British Gypsum and Knauf approved Contractors and enjoy preferred subcontractor status with a number of clients, namely Taylor Woodrow, Carillion, Midas, Laing O Rourke, John Sisk, Miller and Crest Nicholson.  It is the company’s objective to build on relationships that have grown over the past 9 years and repeat business is our main goal.
