This city centre new build 400 bed student accommodation was built for Carillion ultimately handed over to Unite, one of the biggest providers of student accommodation in Bristol and was the third project Optimum have undertaken for Unite. |
![]() City Academy, Bristol Main Contractor: HBG Value: £1.4 million Scope of Works: A new modern secondary school. One of the first City Academy schools built in Bristol for BAM. Complex ceilings and detailed acoustic requirements made this project challenging for our expert site team, ultimately though Optimum delivered on time and to budget. |
Hempton Court, Bristol Main Contractor: HBG Value: £550k Scope of Works: The development of new office space. This was Optimum’s third project for our client BAM. An external metsec, brick tie channel, internal partition and ceiling project. |
Bond Street, Bristol Main Contractor: Carillion Value: £800k Scope of Works: New Student accommodation. Following the success of the Blenheim Court project for Carillion, Bond Street was an extension of 200 beds to the existing refurbishment of the old BT headquarters known as Market Gate. |
Future Inns, Plymouth Main Contractor: Midas Value: £690k Scope of Works: The development of a new hotel. One of the two hotels built for Midas Construction, 80 bed hotel included a gym, restaurant and meeting facilities. |
